IMRAN MIRZA
An actor with a background in community engagement. Working nationally in social care and health, he carried out research to advise the national government to adopt an evidence-based approach in devising policy. The founder of Oxford\'s new community theatre company: Awkward Actors, he is currently running a drama group for both actors and with non-actors.

EMERALD O\'SHAUGHNESSY

Recently completed her MA in Theatre in Educational, Social and Community contexts, at Goldsmiths, London. Emerald has international experience in Madagascar, Berlin and Australia, amongst others, and she believes in using theatre as a tool for social change. Currently co-facilitating an arts group for \'art risk\' young people in care tacking the stigma surrounding disability. 

SHAN SRIHARAN

He performs quirky acoustic punk-pop songs under the stage name Moogieman. He turned up at an Awkward Actors session early in 2011 to take photographs with some of his many analogue cameras. The pictures never came out but he was hooked, and has been an Awkward Actor ever since.
